Who is Provider Intelligence for?
Game studios and content providers who want player-side telemetry on their own titles — observed RTP, session behaviour, rankings, and anonymised benchmarks — without relying only on casino operator reports.
What data can my studio see?
Only data scoped to your games. You never receive another studio's raw RTP, volume, or session detail. Industry benchmarks use anonymised averages and trends.
How is this different from our internal analytics?
Internal systems usually see server-side aggregates from partners. Provider Intelligence reflects how real players experience your games in the browser — session length, volatility feel, device mix, and cross-market patterns.
Does this include a Casino operator panel?
No. Provider Intelligence is the studio product only. Casino operators subscribe separately to Casino Intelligence.
Is there a trial?
Yes — a 30-day trial of the Provider panel. Contact us to provision your organisation.
Can I cancel Provider Intelligence?
Yes. Cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of your current monthly or annual period. We do not issue mid-term cash refunds. You will not be charged again at renewal. Trials can be ended with no charge if you have not converted to a paid plan.
Do you offer API access?
Yes. Provider Intelligence includes API access and scheduled reports so your team can pull rankings and aggregates into existing workflows.
